Development strategy for one of the leaders on the Polish Transportation and Logistics market

Due to liberalization of the market and growing competition we prepared the strategic program for one the leaders on the Polish TSL market.

The project covered review of key market segments, SWOT and PEST analysis, and competition analysis in particular market segments. We also prepared analysis of resources to formulate proposal how to efficiently use existing potential and eliminate weak points.

After assessment of a number of strategic options, the optimal growth scenario was selected. We defined a number of strategic projects for the next 3 years. The purpose of the program was to promote growth of portfolio of value added services on new market segments. The directions of company development and implementation plan were prepared with co-operation and extensive involvement of key managers and specialists of our client. 

Development strategy and restructuring program for a leading professional services company

After market segmentation, SWOT, analysis of competitiveness of particular services of the company on particular market segments, a modified portfolio of services together with new rules of customer’s service were implemented.

Additionally, the processes of service delivery and budgeting and controlling were modified. A new organizational model was implemented to fit with a new market strategy. After analysis of a value creation mechanism in particular areas of the company operations, a significant organizational restructuring was executed. 

The restructuring program was implemented in relatively short period of time and brought immediate effects as regards efficiency of operations and improvement of financial results.

Financial and business advisory services for a leading international company from the Transportation and Logistics sector

We have implemented a number of projects for a leading international company from the TSL sector. The projects covered financial and business advisory services related to assessment of the potential investment targets on the Polish market as well assessments of related benefits and risks.

Analysis and process improvement in the purchase, finance and accounting area for global pharmaceutical company

Due to long cycle, disruptive and inefficient process of workflow, information and documents flow we have analysed selected, key processes. The resulting recommendations encompassed improvements in processes and documents handling.
